Workshops

I provide a range of supports depending on your needs. I can meet with you at my practice in Celbridge or by zoom. Workshops are also facilitated online or on location.

2 hour Consultation

This is for parents/carers who need to explore concerns they have about their child/children, their parenting styles or who just need some support and guidance on parenting and any changes they may need to make or actions to take in the future. Parents will come away with a deeper understanding of their concerns and direction/information on steps to take going forward.

Ongoing Parent Consultation and Support

Sometimes parents need ongoing guidance and support. I can explore their concerns and work with parents giving them information, guidance and support to help them address and resolve problems they are experiencing in their relationship with their children.

Parent Soul Sessions

Tuning into our childrens’ essence and spirit requires us first to tune into and listen to our own.

How we make sense of our own childhood experiences has a profound effect on how we parent our children. Understanding ourselves in a deeper way can help us build a more effective and enjoyable relationship with our children. Before we became parents we experienced the world initially in the relationship with our own parents. As we grow we hopefully learn to be a parent to ourselves. Self knowledge and awareness of our own story is an essential part of meeting our childrens’ developmental needs and creating loving healthy relationships.
