Tuning into our childrens’ essence and spirit requires us first to tune into and listen to our own. How we make sense of our own childhood experiences has a profound effect on how we parent our children. Understanding ourselves in a deeper way can help us build a more effective and enjoyable relationship with our children.

These workshops can be facilitated in small groups at my practice in Celbridge, Co Kildare or onsite for inservice training, or at an alternative location. Workshops are also available online. Each workshop is 3 hours but can be adapted to a 2 hour or one day workshop. Please contact me for further information.
